Ah! a dry and warm day

Having been restricted by wet weather for a while, we took this oportunity to stroll around the lake at Trentham.  I was pleased to see that the newly introduced Cayuga ducks were still in residence.  They are young and friendly, not at all challenged by the presence of humans.
The sky was clear today and the moon in full view.  When I took a snapshot with my small  camera I was gratified to see that I could spot craters on the moons surface.  Digital technology has improved in leaps and bounds over the last few years.
Spring is fast approaching - the snowdrops are in full flower and the daffodils are breaking the surface of the soil.  My tomato plants which I seeded last week are now showing their coleoptiles and it will not be long before they are in leaf and out of the propagator.  With lengthening daylight hours there is a lot to be happy about.

Lovely photos, Paul. I am happy that spring is on it's way.
