A different take on a robin

The Dorothy Clive Garden in Cheshire is renowned for its busting colour at this time of year.

The quarry garden is aflower with rhododendrons and azaleas in abundance.
Everywhere you go, you are presented with colour and fragrance..  Of course, the rest of the garden and the formal beds are charming and exhilarating as well, and there is an excellent cafe.
By the pond perched this little robin amongst the reeds.  It seemed an unusual bird to be flitting around the pond.
Not so - it was after the damsel flies, probably to feed its young as it was taking more than it would need for its own use.
