Sorting out the first plantings

When the old shed came down, some of the stuff ended up in the greenhouse for sorting.  That is now being disposed of and cleared out.  I have just put a tile cutter up on Freecycle and it has been taken within 5 minutes.   Old boxes have been cut up and put in the bins and plantpots have been dusted down and some are now in use.

Four pots of early Potatoes have been planted up and there are some Chard seedlings making a show.  I have a Plum tree in a pot which will probably be going into the edge of the wild meadow area of the garden and lots of Dahlias waiting for the last frost to pass.

Tomatoes and other plants are sprouting in the conservatory, and they will be replanted when they are big enough.  A bit of sunshine and it feels like Spring is on the way.  However, we are expecting a frost tonight and potentially through the first part of next week.

The lawn is still very wet and the foxes and badgers are chewing it up a bit in places.  Still, it always grows back to form a lush carpet by the end of May.
